EARLY HARVEST OLIVE OIL

from the “Hondrolia” variety of Halkidiki

A flavorful ally for health.

Its production is early, as it comes from unripe olives that have not lost their green color. It has a bright green hue due to the chlorophylls of the unripe fruit, providing even greater antioxidant properties. Additionally, it is rich in bioactive polyphenols that help protect the body from cardiovascular diseases, reduce blood cholesterol (LDL), and have anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory effects. The organoleptic profile of the olive oil is dominated by very intense fruity unripe aromas, with high intensity in bitterness and pungency due to the high concentration of phenolic compounds.

KORONEIKI

The most famous Greek variety

Discover its unique taste characteristics.

Klēa’s “KORONEIKI” is a monovarietal extra virgin olive oil from the renowned olive variety “Koroneiki”. The olives are meticulously selected and harvested in November and the olive oil extraction process takes place within a few hours of harvest in temperatures below 25°C.

The result is a spicy extra virgin olive oil with harmony, medium intensity aromas and high concentration in phenolic compounds.

GALANI

Our eclectic proposal from the unique Galani variety of Halkidiki

Klēa’s “GALANI” is an extra virgin olive oil coming from the variety “Galani Metagitsiou”. The word “galani” means light blue due to the hue of the leaves. It is a high quality olive oil produced from the finest olives, harvested in November and cold pressed under 25°C within a few hours of harvest.

 The result is a smooth, delicate and well-balanced olive oil with a hint of sweetness.
